Have you ever wanted to "peek behind the curtain" and find out how an artist creates their work?  Would you like to meet the artist in their studio and buy directly from them?  Then the annual Wimberley Studio Tour is for you.   Usually occurring in September or October, at each stop on the tour you will meet the studio artist as well as guest artists they've invited into their space. Go behind the scenes to learn a little about how a blank canvas transforms into a painting, a lump of clay into a vessel, a plank of wood into a sculpture, a vision into a reality.  The event is self-paced. Begin at any studio and proceed in any order.    This event is each artist's gift to the community; there is no charge.  ​​
