Art, Champagne and a Silent Auction

Join us this Friday, July 15 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Wimberley Valley Art League Gallery for the opening reception of our latest juried art show. Be among the first to see this juried exhibit featuring more than 40 works of original art by local artists. In addition to honoring the artists, we will be celebrating the gallery's 15th anniversary.

Champagne and hors d oeuvres will be served and there will be an art tree with mini masters ornaments (pictured here) that you may bid on in a silent auction. Proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to Mercy Chefs who help feed and emotionally support people who are in need due to natural disasters and emergencies.

We look forward to a very special evening seeing friends, meeting artists, supporting a good cause, and celebrating art!

This gallery exhibit, which was juried by Philip Rogers, curator of The Peoples' Gallery in Austin, will hang in our gallery through early September. Come by soon and often. You'll be glad you did!

The Wimberley Valley Art League Gallery is located in the heart of town at the Wimberley Community Center.
